So, we need to clear some things up. After releasing our first draft of the banned list, it was followed by a lot of negative feedback, along with several accusations of imposing our view on the community, with looking to enforce rule changes. It became clear, that we are definitely not on the same page, and we want to set the record straight.
First of all, we owe an apology. Our intention is never to impose, and from this point onward, we will make it a priority to make that crystal clear. Whenever we propose an idea, we are doing exactly that; proposing. We believe that what we have proposed for a banned list is a great start to us bringing our format to a truly definitive standing, but until we all choose to agree on this, its still just an idea.
Next, let us talk about the cards. Many of you were eager to see the beginning of a banned list, but didn't exactly agree with certain cards that were placed on it, nor agreed with our reasoning. Some amazing points were brought up, and we want to address these issues formally. We want to hear what you have to say. We want your input.
We have produced a survey, and we want to hear from you, by answering two questions.
1) Should "Fractured Powerstone" be removed from the Banned List?
2) What else should be removed from the list. Why?
As far as very specific cards, "Fractured Powerstone" seemed to be the only card to be questioned. We had felt that due to directly referencing a different format, that it would not be suitable to keep in the format. However, due to it not being completely useless, some of you disagreed. We want to put this matter into question, and give everyone a chance to say what they would like to see.
Among the cards that currently make up the list, some felt that since they would never be played, there isn't a point to banning it. Although it is a bit different from how we had approached this list, such an idea is still quite valid, and worth discussing. We want to know, what do you think should be removed from the list, and why? Once we have a better idea of what people have to say, we can discuss these findings, and make an educated decision.
So here is the deal, go to the link I'm going to list below. I will keep the poll open until July 11th / 2018, and then report the findings on July 14th / 2018.

Our goal is to help all of us come to a final decision on how we as a community define our format. Place your votes here, and as we discover more, we can finally come to a resting place, as to how to define PDH.
